Residential Service Setup & Scheduling

To start service, just call our office or fill out the short “SIGN UP NOW” form above and a representative will be happy to set you up.
We provide weekly trash and recycling pickup and waste removal services throughout the Greater Rochester, NY area, including Greece, Gates, and nearby neighborhoods. Service is expanding to additional areas like Irondequoit in future seasons.
The routes run from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm each day. We strongly recommend you leave your garbage out the night before your scheduled collection day to avoid missing an early pickup.
Our garbage tote is 96 gallons and our recycle totes are 64 gallons.
Yes, simply contact our office and we can suspend your service for the time you are away.
If you stay in our coverage area, we’ll set up your next service address and continue your service. Give us a call to confirm service at your new residence.
Terms and Conditions are agreed upon after the first completed payment is made. Contact our office with any questions.

Recycling Rules & Accepted Materials

Recycling pickup is typically scheduled every other week as part of your curbside service. Customers should have their recycling totes at the curb by early morning (about 6:00 AM) on their scheduled recycling day.

Disposal Guidelines for Special Items

Electronic equipment cannot be disposed of with regular curbside trash. By law, it must be recycled properly. Visit the Monroe County ecopark website for guidance.
Hazardous waste will not be taken. Visit the Monroe County ecopark website for more information on hazardous waste disposal.
Collection requirements vary by town. For more info on yard debris and brush pickup, visit the Monroe County website HERE.
No more than three standard size garbage bags, in addition to your garbage tote, will be allowed for weekly pickup. For larger items or special pickups, please contact our office. Additional charges may apply.
