Holiday schedules may affect your normal garbage or recycling pickup day. If you're unsure whether your pickup will be delayed, contact our office before your scheduled collection day. We also recommend leaving your tote at the curb until your route has been completed.
There are several reasons why your recycling may not have been collected. Common reasons include prohibited materials in the recycling tote, an overloaded cart, or a lid that could not fully close. Weather or route delays may also affect pickup. If you're unsure why your recycling was missed, contact our office and we'll be happy to review your account and help determine the cause.
